These Terms of Use, including any hyperlinks, appendices, and all agreement and policies incorporated herein by reference, set forth all of the promises, agreements, conditions, and understandings between the Primary Commodity Fund and the User with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, understandings, and agreements with respect to the subject matter hereof.
